OUR FACILITY

MODERN FACILITY AND ADVANCED COLLISION REPAIR TECHNOLOGY

Our facility houses two Italian CMC multi-flow paint booths, necessary for PPG advanced water-born technology painting, the type of paint manufacturers use on vehicles today. Other equipment includes, our Car-O-Liner frame machine and vision measuring system and our CTR12000 resistance spot welder. Up front we use Audatex estimating software which provides accurate detail for parts and labor costs on your repair. These tools provide accurate measurements to the millimeter to our team of experts, thus providing our customers with:
  • Precise and Accurate Structural Repairs
  • Color & Texture Matching
  • Paintless Dent Repair and Removal
  • Durability and Longevity of Repairs
  • Fast Turnover
  • Factory Grade Finish
  • Excellent Results!
We're all about the details and we know you are too! We want our customers to understand the value our equipment brings to the facility and the importance of using a repair center that invests in high-quality auto factory grade equipment. The advancement in today's technology and experienced technicians is what sets the standards and separates the difference in quality workmanship.

Just 25 Years ago, accurate framework was nearly impossible. If your vehicle's frame was bent, most people wanted their car totaled. If it was repaired, the odds were you had alignment issues, tire wear, dog tracking, etc. Not to mention the potential safety hazard in future accidents. With our Car-o-liner frame machine and Vision measuring system we can repair your frame or structural damage back to factory specs, measured in millimeters! In addition, most car frames are now unibody construction, which is individual sheet metal panels welded together for strength. These panels can be replaced keeping costs down and repairs localized while maintaining the structural integrity of the vehicle. On the topic of replacing panels, our resistance spot welder replicates the factory type welds whenever we're replacing welded on panels such as quarter panels, roof skins, radiator supports, rear body panels, etc.

The American landscape for auto painters has changed drastically
over the years with solvents once being the shining star, losing it's luster due to the negative environmental impact of VOC's (Volative Organic Compounds-chemicals produced into the atmosphere during the drying process). With regulations being the driver for change, paint manufacturers were forced into finding a water-based alternative without sacrificing performance. The Europeans had already experienced this change, due to compliance regulations after World War II prohibiting the use of solvents in paints that could also produce chemical weapons, so they managed to provide a good benchmark for the American Paint Industry. It just took a few decades for the American Painting Industry to close the gap with products that were environmentally friendly without compromising quality of product. Today, using less solvent and more pigment, the paint industry have formulated uncompromising solutions with paint systems.

Classic Colors has blended the best of the best in equipment and paint, pairing Italian produced CMC Multi-flow paint booths with American made PPG Water-borne technology. The combination provide the same type of finish you see in auto manufacturing today. The reason behind the magic, CMC Multi-flow paint booths allow faster aiflow and quicker drying time in a temperature controlled environment, functional in all types of weather conditions, which expedites the process without compromising durability and paint longevity. The results are a beautiful end product!
